Stephen Ministry involves brothers and sisters in Christ helping one another to pass through difficult experiences in life. Stephen ministers receive fifty hours of instruction enabling them to provide distinctive Christian care to those suffering from death, loss, depression, hospitalization, loss of employment or any other of life's interruptions that cause stress. Stehpen ministers are skilled in listening, affirming and knowing when to provide comfort through prayer and scripture. The care provided is confidential, free and very helpful.   Care giver/care receiver assignments are made in the strictest of confidence. The motto of the Stephen Ministry is
